INTRODUCING THE VARIABLE PARABOLIC SPRAYING SYSTEM (™) (VPSS)
Say goodbye to hand sprayers, back packs and quad bikes, and let GG Paddock Care do the work in half the time, with the Variable Parabolic Spraying System (™) (VPSS)
Designed and constructed by our very own Glen Stone here at GG Paddock Care, we have had great success with this new spraying system. Produced primarily for solar fields, but also for use on pony paddocks, vineyards and orchards - anywhere that is a confined space.
This boom has proved extremely successful with all of these applications. It is one of a kind, with it being the only one in the UK if not the world - certified and trademarked accordingly, and in regular use by GG Paddock Care.
Trials have been completed, proving this boom to be incredibly reliable and accurate for all
herbicides and fertiliser applications.
The versatility of the Variable Parabolic Spraying System (™) means that it can operate with just one nozzle; a pair of nozzles, or with all three - they are totally independent of each other, and the height can be altered depending on level of target and location. The specialist nozzles project the spray rather than atomise the liquid, thereby allowing use in higher wind speeds and temperatures, as the liquid will not evaporate or drift, giving a bigger operating window. We have reduced wind drift so ensuring target hit, and no contamination of neighbouring properties. The variable position nozzles enable the operator to project the treatment over tall targets, allowing application to anything hidden behind. The bout width is also variable from 1.5m up to 9m for herbicides/fertilisers, and for products such as iron sulphate, it can extend to a 10.2m width.
With very tight weather windows, the quicker the job is done, the better, and a bigger area can be treated.
We have a 99.9% coverage rate on solar fields, and we can treat 2 hectares with one machine charge.
GG Paddock Care is very proud of this boom, and we look forward to changing the face of solar field spraying, amongst others.
If you own/manage a solar farm, and need management of the weeds, please give us a call on 07837246713 / 07837434885, or email us on ggpaddockcare@gmail.com. We would be happy to carry out a site visit, and give you an Estimate of Costs. We are open to invitations from all areas for solar farm work.
